A Computer Literacy Camp organised by ABC School.
Tanushree Mahanta , 4th July'22 , Malda , last Sunday , dated 3rd July 2022 our school organised a computer literacy camp in the neighbourhood area of our school. The main objective of the camp was to spread the awareness of computer literacy among the students and youth in that area. The Camp started at 11 a.m. and continued till 4 p.m. .
The headmaster of our school Shri Tapan Kumar Das was present on the occasion. Also, all the teachers and educators of the computer department of the school were present. At the beginning of the program, the headmaster explained to all of us the need for computers in our daily life and the importance of computers for our livelihood later on. Then the head of the computer department of the school, Mrs. Anita Adhikari, explained to us the system of computer education at the government level and the facilities available to the students.
Most of the students of the school were present on the occasion. At the same time many students and youths from the area adjacent to the school were present. They put some questions to the teacher about computers and the role of computers in earning a living. Teachers and computer department staff answered all those questions.
Overall, the show has seemed a bit unfocused in recent episodes. Many students and young people have shown interest in computer education. The headmaster of our school, announced from the program stage that more such awareness programs will be organized in the future.
